REFUND POLICY

FT Royal Consulting

1. Introduction

FT Royal Consulting is committed to maintaining professionalism, transparency, and fairness in all client engagements and service transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for services rendered by the company. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms contained in this policy.

2. General Refund Policy

Due to the professional and intellectual nature of our consulting, advisory, recruitment, training, and financial services, payments made to FT Royal Consulting are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, work has been initiated, or deliverables have been provided.

Refunds shall only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the company, subject to internal review and evaluation of the engagement status.

3. Eligible Refund Circumstances

A refund request may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Where FT Royal Consulting is unable to commence or complete the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to the company.
  • Where duplicate payments or overpayments have been confirmed.
  • Where a client cancels a service before substantial work has commenced, subject to administrative deductions.
  • Where a service cannot be delivered within the agreed timeline due to internal operational limitations without a mutually agreed extension.

Approval of refunds shall depend on the nature of the service, level of work completed, and expenses already incurred.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following payments are strictly non-refundable:

  • Fees for completed consultancy or advisory services.
  • Recruitment, placement, or talent acquisition fees after candidate sourcing or placement processes have commenced.
  • Training, workshop, seminar, or capacity-building fees after attendance confirmation or commencement of sessions.
  • Tax filing, payroll processing, compliance services, and regulatory submissions already initiated or completed.
  • Administrative, documentation, processing, or third-party service fees already incurred on behalf of the client.

5. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted formally in writing through the company’s approved communication channels. The request must clearly state the reason for the refund and include supporting payment details or documentation where necessary.

FT Royal Consulting reserves the right to review all refund requests thoroughly before making a final decision. Additional information may be requested from the client during the review process.

6. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds shall be processed within a reasonable period depending on the payment method, financial institution processing timelines, and internal verification procedures.

The company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or circumstances beyond its control.

7. Administrative Deductions

Where a refund is approved, FT Royal Consulting reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative charges, processing fees, taxes, bank charges, or costs related to work already completed before the refund is processed.

8. Modification of Refund Policy

FT Royal Consulting reserves the right to review, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice where necessary to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated versions of this policy shall become effective immediately upon publication or communication to clients.

9. Contact Information

For refund-related inquiries or requests, clients may contact FT Royal Consulting through the company’s official communication channels for assistance and clarification.
